Dariusz Krupa - general partner

advocate, member of the Bar Association (Izba Adwokacka) in Wrocław

October 1991 to February 1996, he held an academic position at the Civil Procedure Section of the Department of Civil Law, University of Wrocław. He has co-authored a civil procedure textbook and several articles on civil procedure.
Under his leadership, the firm’s lawyers have carried out a number of projects in the area of privatization, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring of business organizations (see here). In this field, he also acts as the chief adviser in negotiations between employers and trade unions and in employment restructuring processes.
He has sat on the governing bodies of companies, representing the interests of foreign and Polish shareholders.
From 1992 to 2012, he served as lead legal counsel at one of the largest publishing groups operating in the European and Polish press market, specializing in both media law and copyright law (see here).
He has a good command of English, including legal English, and is responsible for dealing with English-speaking clients.
