Employment matters

Our lawyers have years of experience in handling employment matters. In the field of labour law, we offer ad hoc legal advice, e.g. relating to termination of employment, and we prepare and review documents such as the following:

  • draft employment contracts
  • draft management contracts
  • draft agreements with members of company governing bodies
  • draft noncompetition agreements
  • draft agreements concerning employee training

We undertake to represent the interests of employees in disputes with employers, both at the pre-litigation stage – negotiating the terms of a settlement with the employer – and at the stage of proceedings before the labour court, in matters including the following:

  • determination that notice of termination is null and void and reinstatement; reinstatement on the same terms
  • damages for unjustified or illegal termination
  • appeals against unlawful dismissal for cause (disciplinary dismissal)
  • damages for breach of equal treatment of employees (discrimination)
  • damages for employee harassment
