Since the establishment of our firm, we have been advising Polish and international clients and assisting them by drafting legally required documents to enable companies and their governing bodies to function efficiently and properly. The documents we prepare are tailored to the type of the client’s business and its particular individual needs:

Proposed legal structures and establishment of business entities (including European companies (Societas Europaea, SE)):

  • deeds/articles of association of companies

  • representation before administrative authorities and courts
  • conducting legal due diligence 

We have participated in the transformation of a German corporation into a European company (SE) and assisted in the process of setting up and registering the first Polish-based European company.
Our lawyers have advised on and assisted in numerous ownership transformation processes in the financial and the media sectors, as well mergers in the energy sector.
