Since the establishment of our firm, we have been advising Polish and international clients and assisting them by drafting legally required documents to enable companies and their governing bodies to function efficiently and properly. Proposed legal structures and establishment of business entities (including European companies (Societas Europaea, SE)):

We have participated in the transformation of a German corporation into a European company (SE) and assisted in the process of setting up and registering the first Polish-based European company.
